Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 36 hours before your appointment without a fee. Please note that any cancellation less than 36 hours prior to the appointment, will result in a 5% cancellation fee (of cost of procedure), and your deposit will be voided. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. If you want to keep your deposit, you are able to reschedule once with no fee as long as it is 15 hours prior to your appointment. The deposit will be transferred over to the new appointment if you do choose to reschedule. A new deposit is required and the original one is voided. Should you reschedule a second or more times or you reschedule under 15 hours prior to your appointment.
